Entirely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment via the scheduling system on the website on Wednesday night for Friday at 3pm. I then recieved a text telling me my appointment was pending and I would be notified when the appointment had been confirmed. I expected that would happen Thursday, but no confirmation. Friday I called 3 different times throughout the day to try to confirm. No answer. So I went in person at 3pm to try to sort it out.
