I went to 4 bike shops and they all told me it would be 7+ days for a 3 minute fix. I should have went to the small local buisness first because as soon as I walked in, they immediately took the 3 minutes and fixed my bike. They could've made me wait in the queue but instead they earned a customer by taking a few minutes of their day and help me out. They will now be my bike shop.
It is always a great feeling when you find your new local bike shop. I somehow had no clue these folks were here, but I'm thrilled to have found them! Aron and Eric are absolutely amazing! I brought my bike in to get some work done and Aron spent a good bit of time just geeking out over bikes with me and taught me some cool things. Blur has been one of the best places I've found in the Round Rock area. The owner and the entire team are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have a triathlon bike, and I couldn't be more grateful every time need a tune-up, fit, tire change, or anything else, they've always helped me 100%. This review is to express my displeasure and unprofessional experience with the lack of customer service skills from Erin. His behavior and reaction of getting loud and disrespectful towards me because of my dissatisfaction over an issue I had in regards to a missing reflector, reflects very badly towards Blur Cycleworks.
