It is always a great feeling when you find your new local bike shop. I somehow had no clue these folks were here, but I'm thrilled to have found them! Aron and Eric are absolutely amazing! Blur has been one of the best places I've found in the Round Rock area. The owner and the entire team are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have a triathlon bike, and I couldn't be more grateful every time need a tune-up, fit, tire change, or anything else, they've always helped me 100%. This review is to express my displeasure and unprofessional experience with the lack of customer service skills from Erin. His behavior and reaction of getting loud and disrespectful towards me because of my dissatisfaction over an issue I had in regards to a missing reflector, reflects very badly towards Blur Cycleworks. They use to work on both on my e-bikes but they no longer work on bench seat bikes and they lied about reaching out for parts.
