They are very friendly and very professional
They need to learn how to fix bikes properly.
Love this shop and the folks at it. They're passionate about cycling and fitness and have certainly gone out of their way to always take care of me. Their weekly rides got me in a good habit and helped me go from being completely out of shape to being able to ride for hours at a time. Happy to support them after all the support they've given me.
This is a small Shop that will remain small. People say support small businesses, but the following is not something that would happen at a bigger chain shop: The owner (Eric) and bike tech took no responsibility or accountability for damaging my shoe to the point where they are now unusable. They told me they were ready after I texted them so I went to the location.
