Tried booking an appointment for my wedding nails. Website says deposit required but doesn't indicate how to make the payment. I added the deposit to my list of services, thinking maybe I would get a follow-up email with the needed information. Got an email around 3 this morning saying my appointment was canceled with no explanation. Emailed back to ask if the deposit was the issue and have yet to get a response. Got a full set. Was mediocre but decided to book again. Paid Lauren a $20 deposit on 1/7/2021. She cancelled my appointment twice and she STOLE my $20. I keep reaching out to her so i can get my money back but she keeps ignoring me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU TRY TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES BUT THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR OWN PEOPLE. Smh. They really deserve 0 stars!!!
The staff at Bluprint Nail Bar are the best nail techs in Charlotte. Nail techs are very professional and the salon is beautiful. I had a experience with Ashley the Owner. The vibe is unmatched! Team BluPrint 💙
I have been going here going on 6 years now I have never had a problem and any picture I have brought in has been customized and brought to life . Black Owned Business support support support ‼️‼️
