I went in for a last-minute blow dry without an appointment, and the staff was kind, professional, and accommodating. I had a really enjoyable hair wash and head massage by Ariane and Connie was an excellent stylist! She understood what I wanted right away and executed perfectly. I will be back. The owner is a hands-on powerhouse who cares a lot about her clients and it shows! Good stuff!!

I will never go back. I had a blowout appointment booked and arrived at the salon, but became ill and vomited in my car due to the flu. I immediately called the salon to explain the situation. I was told the late-cancellation fee would be waived if I followed up by email, which I did. Despite this, I woke up the next morning to find the fee had been charged to my credit card.
