I’m the worst patient when it comes to dental work! High anxiety, tears, zero tolerance for pain, etc. I honestly have a lengthy list of dentists I’ve hired and fired throughout the years, but that’s all in the past! Dr Mary is the goat! I’ve never seen anyone work so fast. Plus, they have Netflix to distract you and are so kind and not at all judgmental. 10/10 would recommend.
I have severe anxiety with dentists and both dr Mary and everyone on staff is super friendly and supportive. Even talking me through everything they saw. They also helped talk me through all of my treatment options giving me the opportunity to really get an understanding of what steps I want to take!
I asked rescheduling and did ignored my request. Now they are charging me because I missed the appointment I wanted to rescheduled. I have been patient here for 30 years. Absolutely inefficient an rude personnel.
Dr. Mary is great! I was a patient here before the new management took over, and the practice has only gotten better. They introduced me to Cocofloss, which is a total game changer!! I used to hate flossing because other brands felt too weak or too sharp on my gums. Cocofloss is thick yet soft, making it feel like a gentle gum massage. Dr. Mary also introduced me to laser gum treatment, which was completely new to me.
