After being devastated by a major floral delivery service, whose name I won't mention, but their initials are F.T.D., I started calling local Redding florists from Colorado. I described my situation/sob story and Mike was quick to say, "we will make it happen". Not, "you are nuts for wanting us to deliver 60 white roses today with no notice," just , "YES". Today, Mike is my hero.
