Finally getting around to opening a google account just to be able to give a review... Cindy, thanks for your help (about a month ago) in getting flowers delivered to my sister there in Roanoke AND facilitating a stop-by at a local bakery to include cookies with the floral delivery. I will use this business again
I ordered 33x38" all white floral wreath for my daughters funeral. I was very disappointed, If it was 24" wreath that may be stretching it. Flowers were small and wilted.
We called from out of state to order flowers for a friend in the local hospital. We ordered an arrangement like the one we saw on their website. The lady who took our order over the phone was extremely nice and friendly. I can already tell she takes pride in her work! We would order from them again!
Absolutely wonderful experience! I placed an order in the morning and the flowers were delivered the same day before 3 pm. I called to check on my order and the customer service could not have been more friendly, caring, and helpful. The flower arrangement was perfect and exactly what I was hoping for! This was my first time using this florist and I will 100% use again and recommend to friends and family!!
I sent a bouquet to my mother for her 80th birthday this week. I live out of town so it is oftern a risk to order over the phone, and not see what you are getting. Blumen Haus was so very helpful taking my order over the phone, and even called me back to see if I had suggestions for a flower they were out of. They even texted me a picture of the bouquet to see before delivery. My experience was great, and I will definitely go back to Blumen Haus for future flower orders.
