We hired Rachel for a case dealing with the school board. She didn’t set our expectations well and kept losing each stage so that we had to pay more to move to the next appeal level to keep fighting. When we had meetings in her office she was kind and seemed to be on the same page as us, but in the hearings she was late, inarticulate, and hard to follow.
