Had an awesome experience today at Blume! Cassandra and Chrissy are fabulous ladies! So happy I found this place for my daughter and I.
I wish I had done more research on this salon & stylists. All I can say is do your homework if hair health and professionalism is important to you. I learnt my lesson.
Firstly, the two associates working were making rude comments about me the moment I had walked in. This should have been my cue to leave but I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt. They cut way more of my hair off than I had agreed for them to cut. I came in to get a trim, removing just the dead ends of my hair. I told them I would like to keep as much length as possible.
