I have a cat that is 23 years old and is sick. He needed to be put to rest due to stomach cancer. We got there on time at 4pm..we were brought in to a room and sat there over an hour just waiting there for the Vet to come in. The tech that assists him came in..and he was understanding..but as for when I was asking questions about the way we wanted to have our cat put down and prices etc .
