I am filing a claim due to her unethical behavior. She lied and gave false reports, regarding my then 7 year old daughter. She lied about my daughter's psychological evaluation. I fear anyone using her services. She has not sent me one shred of paperwork regarding my daughter. Yet I requested it. I love my daughter, and as I provide her benefits, I believe my daughter's Heath is my right. Not according to Cynthia though.
