I felt compelled to write a review for Blum in Osborne Park. I came in with my drawer that had broken and I found out online was similar to Blum's soft-closing drawers. The man (sorry I forgot his name) went above and beyond to help me even after we found out the drawers we're a cheap knock-off of their product. 10/10 service and would highly recommend to everyone to go there for outstanding customer service. Oh and if I have the knock-off brand then their's must be amazing!!!
This review is specific to Blum Osborne Park. Two years ago I moved into a place with Blum mechanisms and six months later one cupboard developed a problem. I contacted Blum via online enquiry and was contacted by Blum head office in Sydney. There was a lot of discourse, emails, taking videos while troubleshooting - complexity with zero solution. We have Blum products throughout our kitchen and they have been excellent for more than 5 years. Recently I needed a special hinge for another project and Kurt went out of his way to source the correct item and point me in the right direction. This level of service is very refreshing and appreciated.
My husband and I would like to highly recommend Blum products and in particular their personnel and customer service process. We had an issue with our Blum corner kitchen drawers coming out of alignment so we contacted the Blum showroom and spoke to a consultant who sent our details through to the Area Manager, Jeremy Ahrenholz. Jeremy quickly got back to us and made a time to come out and look at our corner kitchen drawers.
