Blu Frog has been wonderful to our family. We have had 2 of our kids rent apartments from Blufrog. Any issues that arose were always dealt with quickly and professionally. We also just recently purchased a house through BluFrog and had an amazing experience. It was stress free and Seamless. Huge thanks to Jen Dockter, our Realtor and Robin and Chastity for all their help and patience with the apartments we have rented! I would not hesitate one moment to reccommend this company to anyone!

Moved into one of their units around December 30th 2023 with only my clothes. My husband and I planned to start over with furniture so only bought a brand new mattress right away. Less than two weeks later I came home to roaches! My coworker at the time said her friend moved into a unit with bed bugs in another building . When I got to asking around my building they said roaches and rats had been an issue. I had an awful experience with Blue Frog Realty, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The entire process was unprofessional, slow, and beyond frustrating. Communication was basically nonexistent unless I constantly chased them down, and even then it felt like nobody had their stuff together. Nothing was clear, nothing was timely, and the whole thing came across as disorganized and careless. I expect a realty company to actually help, not make everything harder. Takes forever to get stuff done. Not good land lords at all. Lies about when you started telling them about issues. If you need non smoking apartments do not rent from them because they do not care. Over a month since I made this review and still no progress. Instead of fixing the problem they now ghost me every time I try to let them know issues.

Had a great experience buying a house through BluFrog last fall. We were first-time home buyers and Chastity was extremely patient, knowledgeable and thorough with every step we had along the way. She was also a great resource for other things we needed once we were home owners. And after all was said and done, she went above and beyond to resolve some things we needed after we had already closed on the house. Thank you, Chastity! This review was long over-due.
