I worked directly with Heather, Dan T, and Bre. My initial communication was with Heather. She was kind and able to get me on the schedule for a same-day AC repair. Dan T, the repair technician, was thorough and effective. While I had a genuine concern that he would tell me that the unit would simply have to be replaced, Dan T diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to provide the proper fix. UPDATE: 8/19/2025- it's been 11 days since Brittany (customer service rep, and the ONLY person that has reached out to me ONE time from BluFlame, by the way) told me they were refunding my money. Still waiting on that check - I'll let you know if they actually send it. Until then, the owners response saying I have been refunded is not accurate - just adding to a poor experience.
