Bluffview Apartments is a nice complex. I've lived in worse conditions. The one bedrooms are a bit small, and some of the kitchens (including ours) are designed very oddly. There's no room for two people in the kitchen. They use some cheap stuff in the apartments, seemingly hoping it doesn't break. We live in the third floor. Over the early summer there was some flooding of the basement. But once again, they were there immediately to help and fix that problem.
