Not good news. Wind blew off shingles, The Insurance company sends me money but holds money and wont send the money until the company does all the work that's stated. James told me to send him my deductible. So he got $2,500 and charged me $1,500 to button stuff up until we fix the roofs. Well he told me he can just do certain things and have them pay all the rest of the money. I called the Insurance company and they said you wont get a dime unless you do everything exact. Would NOT use this company... My wife called to have them come inspect the roof on our new house we bought a month ago they asked her if it was leaking? Which she replied no its not. In which the employee on the phone tells her then why fix it if it isn't broken? Now to my knowledge working in any sort of sales that is not how you run a business, this is how you end up with a bad reputation. I call them to request an estimate on a new roof for a home I just purchased in the area. The receptionist could not understand that I did not live in the home as of yet and needed a new roof after many attempts of explaining that. She said she put in the estimate request. After many days I never received the information called back to figure out what's going on.
