So far I am pleased with Bluffton Glass. I made an appointment . Got a call. The guy showed up when they said he would. I am waiting for it to reinstalled. But so far I am Happy with their service. I read a few complaints!! Auto repairs should be handled by your insurance first. And doors should be replaced by a contractor .
Nobody showed up to fix my windshield even tho I had an appointment. Very unprofessional. Only positive was how nice and helpful the lady at the front desk was. She tried calling them several times but they wouldn't answer her calls. Now I have to call my insurance company and explain what happened, then find a new glass company. Other option is to wait another week to go back to Bluffton Glass in hopes that they might actually show up this time. Rocky did a great job replacing the windshield on our RV. Came to the campground and did outstanding job.
Remember the day of customer service? Bluffton Glass does not! They have informed me that I paid over $1,800 to have a door installed, Not to seal a fish tank, so I should expect the water that is coming in thru the bottom of the door ruining my new flooring.
