Bluffstone Property Management at Campus Towne Apartments has been the worst rental experience I’ve had. As a tenant with medical disabilities, my reasonable accommodation request under the Fair Housing Act was denied without alternatives, and management retaliated by pushing unwanted roommate assignments and higher rent. The property is in poor condition—mold in vents, foul odors, pet stains in hallways, broken appliances, and trash left out for days. IF YOU ARE CONTRACTOR DO NOT DO WORK FOR THIS COMAPNY! We have completed work for them for the Independence Community College in Independence, KS. We have completed the work and fixed all issues and they refuse to pay. They owe me thousands of dollars. The manager is extremley rude whenever we tried to speak to her. its been 6 months and they still have not paid and wont contact us back. DO NOT DO WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE.
