History Established in 1965. The Grube family has owned the motel since 1998. When we purchased the motel it hadn't been updated. We have updated every room in the motel since we have owned it.

We just had our first visit to beautiful Sister Bay and were so thankful to find such a wonderful place to stay. The minute you walk in you feel at home and you are within a 3 minute walk to the beach. We love this place and look forward to returning next year!

We visit twice a year and just booked our May visit!!! We love the quaint rooms, beautiful bluffs right outside your window, beautiful fall leaves (during the season), and lots to do within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!!! And the owners are great people.
Very friendly owners and this place is ideal for my needs. I go to Door County to bike and this area is a great location. Inexpensive when other places are very expensive during the season. Economical and comfortable.
A cute little place to stay in a prime bicycling location. If you're into bicycle riding and looking for a reasonable priced, low-key place to stay, Bluffside is your best bet! No frills, no hassle. Not only is their location great, but their staff is courteous and accommodating.
