We rented from this location for about 18 months. Only 6 months into our lease (May 17,2024), the ceiling caved in on top of my husband during a storm. This happened after 6 weeks of reporting ongoing leaks from the ceiling. Half of our belongings in the living room were ruined. We asked multiple times to be moved to another unit. We would be promised to be the next ones moved, and watched month after month after they kept leasing to new families instead of moving us to a safe unit. Great place to live if you're looking for peace
Good place to leave my apartment that I’m renting no problems at all, good maintenance I did had a problem with one of the connections they fix it from there no more problems …. But they should try to hurry when we ask for a parking reservation bc we ask and they took already like 1 month and we struggle with the parking sometimes we don’t find a close parking
