I live behind this building. Children running through our yards jumping an breaking fences. Dogs never in leashes and when you say something about it. You are cursed out in your own yard. Constant DV incidents going on daily! Dogs kids running wild an adults who won't do anything about it.
Loved it comfortable, ans safe environment
We rented from this location for about 18 months. Only 6 months into our lease (May 17,2024), the ceiling caved in on top of my husband during a storm. This happened after 6 weeks of reporting ongoing leaks from the ceiling. Half of our belongings in the living room were ruined. We asked multiple times to be moved to another unit. We would be promised to be the next ones moved, and watched month after month after they kept leasing to new families instead of moving us to a safe unit.
