Bait and switch. They lure you in with the pool and then never open it. Summer is halfway over. No pool still. Filing a report with the attorney general now. A sneaky way to trick people into a lease they never would have signed without a pool. Unethical and immoral.
Tina and Heather have been very professional and when our plumbing was out, Tina sent an on call plumber and they fixed the plumbing right away and it works now! Our Air conditioner broke and Tina sent an on call Air conditioner team they fixed it! Tina called me back to make sure it was completed. The entire point of renting is so if something breaks it is repaired. Thank you Heather for being kind to my Mom who called up. We appreciate your kindness and assisting us with our renting needs. Wow I don’t even know where or how to start first off management is horrible in this place the so called manager has been up on me so much and I have been here four months the manager I believe her name is Sarah has been such an awful person I feel harassed by her. She makes me feel watched every time she goes by my apartment and even worse knowing she lives close by me every time she gets of her car she turns my way to see what cars are parked here.
