The apartment itself was beautiful, but my experience with the staff was disappointing. The maintenance technician yelled at me about my heat continuously shutting off, even though it wasn't something I caused. Beth, on the other hand, often ignored my emails and phone calls. She also never followed through on her promise to discuss my move-out with me. Instead, my balance was sent to collections without that conversation, which almost ruined my credit score. Wonderful experience here! Relatively quiet building, nice neighbors, very responsive maintenance and building staff.
