Great place to live! I love it!!
Tried delivering here 6 times now And NOT ONCE has somebody been in the office! If you're going to require people to pick up a key to deliver to your mail room, you better make sure somebody's actually in the office to do their job! 6 times is not somebody just going to the bathroom. This is just people not doing their job. This completely unprofessional, show some respect to your customers.
Hallways and stairwells reek of pee, and the apartment doesn't do anything to clean it up. Instead, they install large obnoxious air fresheners in hopes of masking the smell. Which does nothing and it ends up smelling like someone broke a bottle of cologne in a latrine on a hot summer day. They don't even attempt to use a carpet cleaner or install cameras to help catch the people letting their pets relieve themselves inside of the apartment complex. I enjoy living at the Bluffs which includes the prompt response/attention from the staff. I had a maintenance issue and Bob was quick to come and was very helpful and friendly, and educated me on some things for the unit I was not aware of. Thank you Bob!!
