Had high hopes for this ‘luxury apartment.’ Unless you are on the top floor prepare for constant noise and sleepless nights because there is zero soundproofing between floors. The hallway often smelled of trash. There are only 3 elevators in the complex and they are SLOW and often one is closed for maintenance. Enjoy smelling cigarette smoke on your balcony and weed smoke in the hallways. We moved out as soon as we could!
Hallways and stairwells reek of pee, and the apartment doesn't do anything to clean it up. Instead, they install large obnoxious air fresheners in hopes of masking the smell. Which does nothing and it ends up smelling like someone broke a bottle of cologne in a latrine on a hot summer day. They don't even attempt to use a carpet cleaner or install cameras to help catch the people letting their pets relieve themselves inside of the apartment complex. I love living at the Bluffs!! The apartments and amenities are super nice. I’m also located by everything I could ask for. The staff are really sweet and they’re very helpful with questions - the application process was seamless. Amazing experiences overall!
I had a phenomenal experience with Emily and the ladies in the office, as I toured the Bluffs. Im excited for the move in date!! Its a beautiful complex. All the amentities are up to date as well as the ombience inside.
