Have a mice infestation, the yards are always dirty filled with trash everywhere. And when they do come and do lawn care they just mow over the trash. There are a lot of kids that likes throwing rocks at buildings and cars, fighting and stealing other kids bikes and etc. Parents do not pay attention to their children and they be outside partying until 4/5am almost every day. Lots of traffic slow for kids
The staff and Manager are very helpful. I have had any questions answered promptly. I have no concerns at this time. I recently had an outage in the townhome due to the storm and Maintenance was there promptly to help restore our issue. All done in 5 minutes time we really appreciate the Staff and Management for there help and patience with me.
