I have been stuck at bluffs at Cherry hills for the last 5 horrible yrs of my life we are singled out. The neighbors here are druggies, and party people and never watch their loud littering children they act like out of control kids the never supervise them. The parents and children and teens steal your packages, talk disrespectfully to you and the management simply cares not at all. I lived there for one year. Everyone in the office is very unprofessional. Red head lady with glasses is very mouthy. She has no respect what so ever for the tenants. Their staff for maintenance stays low. Work orders piled up, no maintenance being done. They charge $100 for EVERYTHING! They do not return calls. You must call back to back or show up to their office. The swimming pool wasn't opened until August. Which ended up being pointless to even open. Dominium does nothing about complaints.
