The Bluff Apartments is one of the best place to live. Very nice location with outstanding customer service. Employees are very helpful and providing the best service. Maintenance staff is very expert and always available for your help. Also there is a Gas Station outside the boundary wall of The Bluffs Appartments.
This five-star review is for the maintenance team at The Bluffs Apartments. When I put in a maintenance request, it gets taken care of in a timely manner by very friendly and helpful maintenance staff. Most recently, I had an issue with my circuit breaker that caused an electricity outage in half my apartment, including the AC. This happened really early on a weekend morning. RONNIE responded within 10 minutes of my request! He set us up with a window unit and a portable AC unit to use until they could get an electrician out... read more
The apartments are nice very clean in and around the buildings. The ladies in the office are wonderful, Very kind very helpful, As along with the grounds people Very nice and very helpful as well…
