Anita and Amanda are Awesome! We have been here 2 weeks. Was prepared to clean before we moved in, didn't need to, everything was clean and ready to go. The couple minor things that needed attention was addressed and taken care of right away. My questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. Every time I go in the office, was greeted with a smile and personal manner. Love being here. Thank you. 🙂
Update: calling does no good. Been here 6 years now and management is getting worse. Tipton is a poor owner. System still says i do not have renter's insurance. Just another issue amongst all the others. Still havent been reimbursed (issue with their system but nothing they can do) for past renter's insurance late fees, rent late fees, none of my physical issues have been addressed that have been ongoing for years now. For some reason the water smells like sewage ???,, but its great hear
I lived in the apartments for one year and it’s by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Every time it rained my apartment would flood and all they would do is vacuum the water up my son and I both stayed sick from the mold in the floors and walls and maintenance just don’t know what they are doing! I been waiting on my deposit back for months and of course due to new system it’s taking longer but the system is working just fine for them to take money.
