In regards to Holly Ridge 103: the sliding back door locking latch doesn’t work. They use a stick instead of fixing. The exit door inside the master bedroom is poorly insulated causing that room to be much colder than the rest of the unit. 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper provided for a 6 night stay (between 2 bathrooms). Yes one of the rolls was half gone already. No shampoo or conditioner provided. 1 single dishwasher tablet. The couch has had heavy use, you sit so low to the ground. Beautiful place!
Cute little cabin, very nice furnishings. Coming in from Townsend on the windy 1.5 lane road after dark was a nightmare, do NOT recommend. Coming in from Pigeon Forge is better. No cell service, no WiFi, land line doesn't work - no communication available from the cabin. There is a WiFi spot available but not convenient. Flood light was replaced while we were there, no other outside lights. Fireplace stopped working - was repaired once and quit again. Hot water heater stopped working. The cabin was clean , we didn’t use the kitchen but it was equipped well , wifi was good , it was quiet and peaceful .
