POOR POOL SERVICE ! 4 girls were threatened to remove from THE PREMISES. WE knew someone whom stayed out there !, the only thing we wanted to do was swim on a hot day !!! The PROPERTY MANAGER IS VERY NASTY , especially towards women !!! He proceeded to call my friend out her name just because she wanted to get into the pool for her birthday. Later on, he had a family member pull out a gun at us while children were present at the pool. We felt very threatened and unwelcomed, even though we were invited by some friends.
We just moved in over the weekend and we already love it and feel so at home here. From the minute we toured our place the office staff was so helpful in getting us approved, guiding us through the process and making our transition into a new state as smooth as possible. JD, Heaven and everyone else in the office are such nice people and have continued to help us by making sure we have everything we need set up. We can already tell we are going to love it here!!
The leasing manager, JuanDarius, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I really enjoyed my tour with him.
Always enjoyable, peaceful neighborhood.
