The apartment smells like cigarettes and cat pee. The previous tenant left old used q tips in the bathroom and there’s obvious water damage under the sink and they just threw some plywood on top of it. My first week here someone had already stolen things off my back porch. I have had packages stolen off the front porch as well. It took them 5 days to fix my toilet that was coming out of the floor. My son and I scheduled an appointment for a walk through at 230 pm with Mr JD. We arrived around 215 pm. When I went into the office JD had just got in with his lunch and I introduced myself and he said I told your son to come at 230 because I would be on lunch. I replied yes my son told me but being who I am I always come early. I told him he could eat his lunch I wasn’t rushing him. I did not like his tone I took it as though he had an attitude problem. 0/10 would not recommend! This place has been a disaster from day 1! Feels like we’re paying almost $2,000 a month to live in the projects. We have not been able to use one of our bathrooms since we moved in. This place has to be a joke. Never experienced anything like this place in my entire adult life. I’m so over complaining and asking them to fix anything here at this point.
