Not a great place if your home is adjacent to this property. We have been harassed, had our private property invaded, and experienced host of other incidents from unsupervised children/youth who live in these apartments. Management has been no help, but the police will be since we have video of nearly every incident. ATTENTION VENDORS!!!! This property refus to pay vendors . The will run up a large debt. And not pay. They will find someone to do the work and do to them. Just a cycle of not owing while their pockets get fatter because they don’t have to pay for Maintenance.

Great place to live .The new manager knows what he doing . He goes above and beyond for all the tenants. I have seen a complete difference in this office over the last few months . The lady and guy in the office finally picks up the phone . Maintenance issues finally being resolved. I actually see our manager walking the property now, which no other manager has done . All we need is security for the kids running around and it would be complete . Great job guys .
