I know they do xrays and bone density scans. They accept medicaid.
Very nice people there. And you don't have to wait a long time! Checking in is fast and painless. They all are down to earth people and actually really listen to you. I love it there!
A waste of time and money.
Big shout out for Tiffany. She runs the MRI machine and is so professional even the MRI machine says "Yes Ma'am". It is rare to find capable people like Tiffany. I hope Poplar Bluff Imaging knows what an asset she is. Thank you Tiffany.
NOTE: Customer service is the support you offer your customers, from the moment they first contact your business to the months and years afterward. Providing good customer service means being a reliable partner to your customers, going beyond helping them troubleshoot, use, and make informed decisions about your product or service. This is something this place should’ve training on soon!!!!! I and probably a few others suggest this for this company, in the near future!!!! Actually one star is generous……
