The outdoor areas are covered in dog poop They refinished the countertops in the apartment below us which filled our apartment with a nasty chemical smell they have done nothing about either of these issues
Not the newest apartments but you get more fore your dollar here. They are responsive to maintenance requests. there have been some major plumbing repairs to the boiler that were put in place in 2022.
They dont deserve any stars. Lack of communication from tenant to management in leasing office. Leak in my unit, not my fault. Started from the 3rd floor, into my unit which is the 1st floor. No dehumidifier was provided, was told itll just dry within a few days especially if running heat. For my peace of mind and health concerns, I requested that someone who is IICRC certified twice to look at my unit before repairs start. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management and maintenance do not really care about tenants. They do not follow their own policies. They get to things when they feel like it and not a moment sooner. They never take any consideration for the people trying to live here and are very rude when you ask for any help. I am stuck here for another month and can not wait to get out!
