Money hungry that’s all I can say. They charge u for stuff u haven’t gotten done. I called and canceled my appointment cause I had to work and now they say I owe them even tho I canceled in advanced lol

The experience I had with the staff was just wonderful. Everyone made me feel at ease. Joyce was wonderful, she made the experience stress free.
LOVE the people and the atmosphere
I love the neighborhood atmosphere and professional laid back staff. Going to the dentist is not usually fun but I enjoy being around this group. It’s a no judgement zone , make you comfortable and get your teeth clean and done attitude. They have the right mix. Hospitality, laughter and confidence you’re in good hands. I highly recommend!

I'm going to say 4 Stars because ...it's a dentist. it's weird to give a dentist more than 4 Stars. Staff at this clinic is so empathetic and they are ON THE BALL. Dr. Isaacman is funny and a total geek about dentistry...he's making you laugh one minute, then zoned in like a rocket scientist on his job the next. These are the BEST traits in dentistry. I love the vibe I got right off the bat.
Best dentist experience in Downtown, Memphis. The office has a fun, personable staff that makes me look forward to going to the dentist. Moving from out of town, this was the perfect match for someone living in the South Main Arts District - I even bike to my appointments! Dr. Isaacman is honest and a great professional, the office manager is always on top of my appointments, and I always have whitening gel to keep these pearly whites picture ready!!
