Everyone is pleasant And keeps to themselves, quiet comfortable living with amenities like washer and dryer. Dishwasher exercise room, computer room, maintenance is very pleasant and helpful also very secure location anyone headed to bluff apts has to drive a while and you'll see us where the blacktop ends. I'm privileged to be a tenant in this safe and secure apartment complex. Get an application filled out for a place on the list. You'll love it.
I have been calling for 2 months to get into a place . I did the application and paid the fee.. and no 1 ever got back to me.. i have left message after message. This is 2 months still no call back no update on my application!! Nothing
Bluff Apartments is an opportunity to live in a community where residents are respectful, helpful, and kind. It's a middle ground for some and a permanent home for others. It's affordable compared to the other rentals in the area. It's a great place to live!
While the place itself is nice & neat. The manager hires family or friends as the maintenance team who are partially skilled at whelat they do. The manager must do routine inspections, but she will let herself in when SHE wants, no 24 hr notice, no warning. She uses her master pass key & there you'll be, naked in the shower or in bed. So rent at your own risk.
Lived here for almost four years. They can not keep a property manager on site. Moved in back in December of 2014, and had seven management changes between December 2014 and August 2018. They are quick to inspect their units but neglect to adequately maintain them. We had to wait nine days to get a toilet unclogged. They also are quick to threaten you with a lease violation if they find something wrong or to get the tenants to comply with a request.
