After purchasing a brand new property in April 2021 that was built by Bluewood Homes, I would never purchase a new home from them again. Without ever having any personal inspection from the builder (Eric Kritzinger), I ended up paying a leak detection expert to find that one of the toilet pan collars was split and it is of his expert opinion that it happened during installation.
