Deceptive, dishonest, rude and greedy. Lied about the pricing. Beware of whom you're dealing with. My mother had an appoint there earlier this week. It was terrible. She had a friend with her and Rosa (AKA - Atilla the Hun) Not sure what her position is, she said she didn't have to tell us. With her manner of dealing with the public, I believe she would be better off in the position of a prison guard.
