In my opinion this location needs a little bit of refurbishment. I've been to many of the Houston area locations and this one is okay if you dont have time to travel extra, but the back of our suburban was still filthy I had to wipe just that down with 2 microfiber shams to finish it up not counting the rest of the drying, and I could tell it struggled to clean even the windshield which should have been the cleanest part of the vehicle in my experience. Jasmine was amazing! She’s a new employee and went above and beyond helping dry my car at the car wash. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. You can tell she cares about doing a great job—such a great experience thanks to her.
