Kerry and his team did a great job on the custom front and rear canvas shades for my boat. It was short notice for a family vacation in the Keys. The shades look great and are so easy to put up and take down. They even used my existing mooring cover mounts for the front shade which I really appreciated so they didn't need to mount new channels for the shades. I'd highly recommend Bluewater Yacht Canvas if you're looking for an excellent custom job!
I was a repeat customer for the same job that he did several years back. Kerry quoted me one price verbally which he knew the item because he originally made it for me many years ago.I dropped the Bimini top off and received a call 2 weeks later and the price was $500 more than what I was quoted. I took my business somewhere else and had the complete job done with the same product( Sumbrella) for a total of $600.
I dropped my cover off for an estimate for a replacement and I never heard back from them. I tried calling several times and left messages but didn't get an answer. I finally gave up after 2 weeks and went to pick it up. It was sitting on the counter folded up exactly how I dropped it off so I asked for it back and the guy handed it to me without even asking why. So rude!!!
Excellent customer service. Kerry, the owner, really cares about his customers. Highly recommended.
