Unprofessional, disorganized, rude, and they will do everything they can to turn you away. My father is very sick due to a variety of reasons. One of those things is sleep deprivation. This clinic tried calling him TWICE but he missed the calls (unable to reach phone in time due to health issues) He tried calling them back multiple times over a period of days but they wouldn't answer. WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! I highly recommend NOT going to this clinic for a sleep study at all. I went here during the winter and the lady assistant turned on fans, so I was freezing in my test sleep room and I could not get into a normal, relaxed sleep position during this test (like the test is supposed to be). Eventually I got 3 hours of sleep in the back position, trying to force myself to fall asleep on my back in a locked, freezing position with equipment on top of me (which also made it harder to turn to my side sleep ... read more
I attended this sleep clinic over a year ago. As someone else in another review suggested - it felt like I was in a dirty motel. Bedding was stained, full of holes and disgusting, trash on the floor under the bed, dirty washrooms etc. I was unable to sleep and left about 4 AM. Will never be back. I had no faith in any of the people involved - Drs, techs, etc. I have since attended another sleep study at another sleep centre and had a great experience. Just do NOT go here.
