Blue Water is always willing to go above and beyond to help me. The sales staff is very helpful in finding anything that I may need AND at anytime. I have called on several occasions at 2 and 3 am and the on call guys have always been more than accommodating. They have always provided me with excellent customer service! I will only do business with this experienced company.
MAN ON CALL ( 12-1-13) WAS NOT HELPFUL AND WAS SHORT TEMPERED!!! I WAS CALLING FROM OFFSHORE TRYING TO PURCHASE ITEMS, HE WAS TRYING TO TELL ME THAT THE PSI IN THE HI PSI HOSE IS NOT THE PSI ON THE GAUGE??? THEN THE MAN ON CALL HUNG UP ON ME.....I HAD THE ANSWERING SERVICE CALL BACK AND THE MAN WOULD NOT ANSWER.
