Grossly mismanaged my property , failed to enforce contract on tenants such as allowing them to have more dogs than the one that was approved, allowed tenant to trash house and property and failed to manage contractor repairs

I called Bluewater Realty to inquire about some property they have for sale. The young lady who answered the phone had no knowledge of the property of the property even though I have her the address. She then said she would get someone else to help me. A lady named Karen came on the phone. I don't know if she was busy at the time of the call or having a rough day. But Karen was rude, short and vet unpleasant on the phone. Went with another Realtor in Crawfordville.
