Matt Wideman is a con man. I hired him to manage some properties. He was all smiley and smooth up front and then randomly added $1100 in unauthorized expenses to my monthly statement. He won't send the details of the $1100 so I don't know what's for. It took him 2 months to send the first statement and 1 month to send the deposit for the first property.
