I called for an appointment around a week ago. They told me the earliest appointment date was 2 weeks later. I was okay with it even if I needed help as soon as possible because I have called other clinics and this was the only one that answered my call at the time. Just 1 week later they called me for "screening" and told me they couldn't do "medicine management" at the time and just canceled my appointment. I’ve been seeing Dr. Randy Freeman for psychiatry and he has been amazing. He shows so much care and compassion and really took the time to understand what I was going through. He asked intelligent questions that got to the core of the issue and helped me open up in a way I never have before. I also received ketamine therapy under his care and the experience was incredible. I have done ketamine treatments with Dr. Freeman for over 2 years now. Last month I was his first Accelerated TMS client. The changes have been remarkable. It allows me to quiet down my chattering brain enough to where I can objectively think about things without getting triggered. I cannot overestimate how huge of a difference that has made. I was charged $500, $250 for an 'evaluation' and $250+ for my first so called treatment. I suffer from PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I had been ripped off by another ketamine clinic that never sent me medication before, which he was aware of. He proceeded to give me what he deemed to be $500 worth of ketamine (rather than the $250, which he pointed out when I asked for a refund) and I felt absolutely nothing. This review is long overdue...Dr. Freeman has been such a beacon of guidance and support for my adolescent daughter. She is late diagnosed ASD and he has helped her navigate this stage of life with empathy and compassion. Medication has been managed in an appropriate manner for her needs at each appt. I couldnt reccomend him enough!
