Bluewater wasn’t too flexible, friendly, or understanding in showing us any of their listings. Didn’t want to show us multiple (2x houses) listings because “it was a waste of their time.” They made things so difficult to look at potential rentals. Maybe a wonderful company if I owned a property, but not worth trying to rent through them. I wish all the best of luck, this was just our experience. We eventually just removed all BPM listings from our search.
Aaron has been "on his game" managing properties for me for almost 10 years now....and he is constantly improving! His communication to owners and tenants is impeccable and in my opinion that (communication) is one of the most important aspects of business! Aaron does it well!
