Just had a one hour prenatal massage from Sondra at the Sheffield location and it was one of the best massages I've had in the Shoals area! It was such a calm and relaxing environment and she really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Techniques were used that I've only ever had before in five star spas in Jamaica! The prices are appropriate but reasonable too. I can't wait to go back for a couples massage next time!
