I’ve been here before and normally fairly short wait times. But for some reason it was over a half hour wait today. When I requested how much longer I was told the person before my 84 year old mother was a “difficult” situation. After asking a second time after another 10 minutes, the technician was finishing up. I just don’t understand why they don’t schedule the necessary time accordingly. Our time is just as valuable as anyone else’s.

Believe every negative review and go elsewhere. There was no wait time when I called to book an ultrasound, and I was impressed to get next day appointment. Now I know why its because people don't go there. I've been chasing my results for a week. I called and was told they were faxed. My doctor says not received. So round and round we go chasing results that are critical to my next steps of being in severe pain. So much for being ordered a rush test. Its faster now if I go repeat it at Dixie lab.
