Pleasant and attentive staff.
I arrived early for my appointment and, as I entered, noticed two women at the front who appeared visibly uncomfortable. A few moments later, they were called in, both looking somewhat frightened. One of them came out almost immediately, asked for her form, and left. I had an ultrasound today at Bluewater Woodbridge location with all my pain and anxiety I found the team was supportive, especially Huma, she was kind and made the procedure smooth and professional. Thank you Huma, you are amazing!
Might have been the smoothest walk-in ultrasound appointment ever the ladies were super kind and respectful, and I’m going come back here every time
I’ve been here before and normally fairly short wait times. But for some reason it was over a half hour wait today. When I requested how much longer I was told the person before my 84 year old mother was a “difficult” situation. After asking a second time after another 10 minutes, the technician was finishing up. I just don’t understand why they don’t schedule the necessary time accordingly. Our time is just as valuable as anyone else’s.
