First off I find it odd that right after Huma got a bad review the next day she gets a short and sweet, very vague “positive” review. I got an ultrasound done today and my tech was Huma. She was absolutely amazing and she made my visit very comfortable. I will definitely return for any future ultrasounds! Thank you Huma!
I had an absolutely horrible experience with technician Huma during my ultrasound on March 19, 2025. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with dismissiveness, and a complete lack of care. I informed Huma that I did not want a transvaginal ultrasound due to past trauma from a miscarriage, and she showed zero empathy. It’s been five days awaiting my results on an x-ray and I have yet to receive word. I’ve called the clinic twice and received the same response “it should be done by tomorrow”. Sorry, that’s not good enough. If you have a broken bone and require results in a timely manner, best you go somewhere else. It’s very simple. Take the picture. Look at at the picture. Come to a conclusion. Pass that information along. (Insert eye roll here)
Extremely rude receptionist and lab techs. Just a reality check to those employed there. If there's no people with health issue you guys would be out of a job. Racist bunch.
