The technician had an emergency. Nobody bother to call me to cancel the appointment. This was after the Eglinton location lost my results. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent. If you have any other options avoid all Blue Water Imaging or be prepared for a master class in how not to do health care. Zero stars
