I am incredibly disappointed by the billing management at Bluewater Dental. I have always had great experiences here in the past, but everything changed the moment I added my partner to my Manulife insurance policy. I have full dual coverage through my employer's Manulife plan and my federal NIHB status, which this clinic has routinely direct-billed with no issues. Extremely disappointed with the predatory and incompetent billing practices at this clinic. I came in to pay upfront and out-of-pocket for my own dental work, only to be told by management that because I am linked to my partner's file, they were revoking her right to direct billing. Everyone at the practice is lovely, especially the kind receptionists, but Debbie is seriously a great dental hygienist. She's lovely to chat to, funny, and does a FANTASTIC job.
