I bought a Bluewater Camper around 12 months ago. There was a few small issues but I am very happy with the quality of the camper and any issues with the camper have been resolved without any difficulties. All dealings with the management and staff have been very good and I have had no issues getting warranty repairs sorted out I can highly recommend Bluewater Campers
Avoid This Company at All Costs! This company does not honor their warranty, and their customer service is beyond terrible. If you do decide to buy from them, check every single part before leaving, because if anything is missing, you’ll never see it again. Worse yet, they’ll try to blame you for their mistake. This company is an absolute disgrace. Their customer service is appalling, and they have no intention of honouring warranty claims—don’t be fooled. The product descriptions are deliberately misleading, designed to rope you in, and once your warranty expires, everything starts falling apart like clockwork.
