Horrible Power banks , i got one had to return it now the new one is bad too and they wont make it better , just want to send another piece of crap to me .
Quality control and honesty issues. Do not trust any of the official or semi official BLUETTI Facebook groups. These are run by people that get free review units and any negative or critical feedback is deleted. I called them out for this after some of my posts were removed and I was kicked off the group. DO NOT PURCHASE ONE OF THIER UNITS. Some work and some don’t. Then you will be caught sending these things back. $25,000 in equipment I purchased and had to send back $6,000 in value of products that were defective. Only to be ripped off by their shipping partners. I am out almost $2,000 on a unit they’ve lost. And no one will get back to us. Horrible way to treat someone period. Especially a customer that’s spent this type of money.
I bought a Bluetti EB70 in 2021. It was used once and would not recharge - at least that's what the Bluetti said. I went through support email and dealt with one rep after another until one day, they stopped answering my emails. I worked as a Customer Service Rep with several companies, so I figured that rep no longer worked for the company.
