They never answer the phone. I have called so many times this week to try to get my panoramic X-ray sent to my surgeon and the phone is never ever picked up plus there voicemail is full so I’m literally screwed and will have to pay for the X-ray out of pocket
They never answer the phone… they only text you when they need to contact you. God forbid you need to get ahold of them🤦♂️
I’ve tried calling multiple times on different days to cancel my appointment, but no one ever answers. Every time, I get sent to a voicemail that says the mailbox is full and can’t receive messages. I’ve also texted the same number they used to reach out about rescheduling, but never got a reply. The communication here is very poor.
this place coast me thousands of dollars to get my implant redone. they had a dentist who didn't install my implant right and wont take credit for the shitty work. never go to these people. they will fool you with their cheaper price tags.
This dental office is the very worst option anyone can choose. The Dentist, Dr Tyler Kiel, destroyed my daughters mouth by putting an implant in her mouth crooked, and then never guaranteeing it. They don’t answer their phone when she or I call, as they know our numbers and have blocked us. They are liars and deceive us when they say they will call us back.
