I’d had a rental property for many years and always managed it myself. when I decided to move out of the area I wasn’t ready to sell ready but wanted to see the property leased to good tenants and maintained in the proper manner. Too bad there's no way to give them ZERO stars. They either do nothing about your house problems, or do the absolute minimum. They like to "think about" things before getting back to you. This usually means they take 6-8+ weeks to respond to any issues, including mice, etc... If you want the absolute worst that real estate agencies in NOVA have to offer, I highly recommend them. Steven and Cindy in particular, are just fab... LOL

I really hit a home run working with Bluestone! Jake and Cindy were amazing to work with. They found exactly what I was looking for, and all the while have been responsive, and understanding. Highly recommended!
