These guys were great. Sorry to see they stopped managing condos at the end of 2023. We will miss them, they took great care of our association and always answered the phone, wish I could say the same for our new company. Thank you again Bluestone.
Snow removal services are the worst I've ever had. The private permit parking is constantly used by visitors, and you have to park across the complex, or it's neighboring units using your lot because theirs is full. Garages being used as storage units (fire hazard) Carpets in staircases old torn and stained. Walls have mismatched paint in them everywhere, you'd think it's a section 8 housing complex how poorly it's ran. Dumpsters have garbage all around them, mostly behind them. So Instead of being professional (Bluestone) and addressing the issue, your response was, Hey - blame your Board for us not managing as the management company. Also you're a simpleton for not watching the news and lets throw in some other mindless "stop attacking us with false accusations" when there were none.
