Overpriced food. Also kid didn’t know how to make a hot chocolate
disgusting wait times for even the most basic of orders. ordered a smoothie online at 8:40. ran an errand, showed up when THEY said it'd be ready. not ready? no problem. i get the morning rush. but seeing people walk in, place orders, and get THEIR orders ahead of mine? waited 30 min for an overpriced smoothie. fix how you prioritize orders or set more realistic expectations on wait times for online vs walk-in orders.
Just for one cappuccino, had to wait for 25 mins. He said it was a mistake. This wait can't be just a mistake.
This coffee shop is a neighborhood gem! Whether you need a quick morning fuel-up, a cozy spot to answer emails, or just a bright start to your morning, this shop is an absolute perfection. It is more than just a place to get caffeine; it is a vital part of my community. Thanks and love to my coffee family!!
